206381 PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with IDAPA 15.10.01.011.05 ("ISLD Rule" 011.05), the Idaho State Liquor Division (ISLD) hereby gives public notice that it is considering the relocation of the contract liquor store previously located at 3990 ID-8, in Troy, Idaho. The store will continue to operate as a Contract Store, as defined in ISLD Rule 004. The desired location of said Contract Store is described as: Within the retail trade area of Troy, County of Latah, State of Idaho. Please note that Idaho Statute 23-303 asserts that no liquor store shall be located within 300 feet of a school.
