206359 NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10th at 3:00 PM in the Nez Perce County Courthouse Confluence Conference Room, 1st Floor, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following: Planning & Building Fee Increases - Pursuant to Idaho Code 63-1311A, the Board of County Commissioners will accept public comment on fees for the Planning & Building Services Department. The department is proposing new fees and fee increases of over 5% to cover cumulative inflation and the actual cost of providing services. These fees were last updated in 2017 for building permits and 2020 for planning applications. Any person or persons wishing to testify at the hearing shall appear at the date and time mentioned above, in person or in the virtual format provided below.
