206331 Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Deary is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $650,000. The proposed project includes downtown pedestrian, traffic and utility improvements. The hearing will include a discussion of the need of the project; the application process; and the project's scope of work, location, funding/budget, schedule, and expected benefits. Application materials, related documents, and ICDBG Application Handbook will be available for review. The hearing has been scheduled for November 12, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Deary City Hall, 401 Line St, Deary, ID 83823. Verbal and written comments will be accepted prior to and at the hearing. The hearing will be held in a facility that is accessible to persons with disabilities. Special accommodation will be available, upon request, five (5) days prior to the hearing in a format that is usable for persons with disabilities.
