Project Scope: The scope of work for this project generally includes; demolish board and batten wood siding as shown per plan, remove and reinstall wall mounted fixtures and devices. Install weather barrier and sheet metal siding per plan, and fabricate and install all related metal flashing and trim. There are 4 alternates for this project.
