206181 Notice of Public Hearing Potential Vacation of a Portion of the Right-of-Way of Montgomery Ridge Road in Asotin County, Washington In accordance with Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 36.87.050, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled on Monday, November 2, 2026 beginning at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers at the Asotin County Courthouse Annex, 95 2nd Street, Asotin, WA 99402, to consider the matter of vacation of a portion of the Montgomery Ridge Road right-of-way, approximately 1.45 miles in length in Asotin County, Washington described as follows: That portion of County Road 2060, known as Montgomery Ridge Road, from Milepost (MP) 13.24 to MP 14.69 where the road terminates. Written comments can be submitted via e-mail to jmalkin@asotincountywa.gov or mailed to the Asotin County Public Works Department at P.O. Box 160, Asotin, WA 99402 prior to the hearing date. Any interested person may appear at this time and be heard on matters relating to the proposed vacations. The Board may also adopt a resolution subsequent to the hearing authorizing these vacations.
