206154 NOTICE OF REVIEW STORMWATER UTILITY RATE CHANGES NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Pullman will consider, at the City Council meeting on October 20, 2026, a six-year phased increase to stormwater rates beginning in 2027. These increases are being established based on a recently completed Stormwater Rate Study. Additionally, a Stormwater General Facilities Charge (GFC) will be considered.
