Commissioners Tony Johnson, Thomas C. Lamar, and Jason Stooks met in regular session on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and the following actions were taken:
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b), & (d), convened in executive session at 9:00 AM on September 15, 2026, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 9:42 AM.
By Motion and Order, approved the consent calendar items as published on the agenda:
Approval of the Commissioners' Proceedings for the week of September 8th.
Offsite Computer Access for Building Inspector II, Dillon McGraw.
File Certificate of Liability Insurance for Covenant Engineering PLLC Certificate Number: 26-27 Master.
Approved Ordinance No. 423 and Summary Publication for: LUA26-026 Dammerman Rezone, Rezoning 20 acres from Ag/Forest to Rural Residential.
Approved Copier Lease Agreement between Latah County and Wells Fargo for the Auditor's office copier, model Ricoh 4510, for an initial 60-month term with a monthly fee of $293 and a one-time processing fee of $75.
Approved Copier Lease Agreement between Latah County and Wells Fargo for the District Court copier, model Ricoh 6010, for an initial 60-month term with a monthly fee of $293 and a one-time processing fee of $75.
Approved Contractor Agreement between Latah County and Superior Floors Inc for flooring on the second floor of the courthouse hallway for a total cost of $11,181.09.
Reviewed bids and approved Poe Asphalt for the Trail Pavement Repair Project for a total cost of $18,000.
Approved Taxing District Requests for Extension on FY2027 budgets and L2 Paperwork for: Viola Rock Creek Cemetery, City of Kendrick, Troy Fire, and Troy Cemetery.
Filed Security Committee Meeting Minutes from April 9, 2026.
Considered and determined to adopt the recommendation of the Latah County Planning Commission and approved Ordinance No. 422 and its summary for publication for the Latah County Land Use Regulations for data centers and utilities.
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho code 74-206 (1) (a) & (b), convened in executive session at 10:49 AM on September 15, 2026, to review timesheets that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 10:57 AM.
Approved timesheets for 11 employees.
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b) & (d), convened in executive session at 12:02 PM on September 15, 2026 to consider personnel and records exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 12:41 PM.
