205999 NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Whitman County roads will be closed to vehicular traffic for the replacement of drainage culverts, pursuant to R.C.W. 47.48.01, for the time periods specified below: County Road No. 5570, Odonnell Road, from Pullman Airport Road, milepost 0.00, to Idaho/Latah County line, milepost 2.63, from September 28, 2026 to September 30, 2026 for multiple culvert replacements. IT IS ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners that the County Engineer is hereby authorized to close Odonnell Road, County Road No. 5570, pursuant to RCW 47.48.010, with the exact dates, hours, and duration of said closure to be determined, modified, or extended at the sole discretion of the County Engineer as dictated by weather conditions, project scheduling, or unforeseen construction variables.
