205988 SUMMARY OF LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. 422 "AMENDMENT TO LATAH COUNTY LAND USE REGULATIONS REGARDING DATA CENTERS AND UTILITIES" Amends the Latah County Land Use Regulations, Title 9, County Code Of Latah County, Idaho as Adopted in Ordinance No. 395 (as amended); Adds definitions for data center, small-scale utility structure, and large-scale utility structure; Amends the Agriculture/Forest, Rural Residential, Suburban Residential, Commercial, and Industrial zoning provisions for accessory solar systems, electrical distribution infrastructure, small-scale utility structures, and large-scale utility structures and clarifies whether they are permitted, administratively permitted, or conditionally permitted· Establishes application requirements and development standards for small-scale utility structures; Establishes data centers as a conditional use in the Industrial Zone and establishes application, development and other standards for such; Provides for severability and codification of the Ordinance into Title 9 of the County Code of Latah County, Idaho; and provides that Ordinance 422 shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
