PUBLIC HEARING; ZONING CODE AMENDMENT, ZA-05-26, ALLOWANCE OF "STARTER HOME SUBDIVISIONS" (ACTION ITEM) The Commission will consider a Zoning Code amendment to add a definition of and regulations for "starter home subdivisions" in order to comply with the 2026 legislative session's Senate Bill 1352.
