A public hearing at which you may be present and speak will be conducted by the City Council of the City of Moscow at which time the following proposal will be considered: Vacation of the Public Right-of-Way located at the terminus of Lincoln Street, a dead-end roadway. This portion of the right-of-way is not currently utilized for access or public purposes.
