Section 1 amends Lewiston City Code 17-1, adding the definition of "temporary project." Section 2 amends Lewiston City Code 17-19, relating to the ownership of solid waste and recyclable materials left for disposal. Section 3 enacts a new Lewiston City Code 17-25 regulating temporary project service. Section 4 amends Lewiston City Code 17-26 relating to the licensing requirements and restrictions on operations of solid waste. Section 5 provides an effective date.
