205813 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Moscow Proposed Grant Activities A public hearing at which you may be present and speak will be held before the City Council of the City of Moscow at which time the following grant request will be considered: The City of Moscow, Idaho, is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) in the amount of $220,000. The City has identified a public park improvement project located Lola Clyde Park, 1040 North Polk Street, Moscow, Idaho, that aligns well with the goals of ICDBG to provide ADA accessible restrooms at public park facilities. This project includes purchasing and installing a fully accessible, pre-cast restroom unit with two single-user toilets at Lola Clyde Park located on the northeast corner of North Polk Street and Rodeo Drive. The Hearing will include a discussion of the needs for the project; the application process; and the project's scope of work, location, funding/budget, schedule, and expected benefits.
