This public hearing will be to determine approval or denial of the following proposal: I. ZONING CODE AMENDMENT, ZA-07-26, FLOOD PLAIN REQUIREMENTS IN THE ZONING CODE: The Commission will consider a Zoning Code Amendment to remove Article V. Floodplain Management, Sec. 37-133 through Sec. 37-138 from the Zoning Code and relocate the code sections in Lewiston City Code Chapter 10, Buildings and General Building Regulations.
