205652 LEGAL NOTICE DECLARATION OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The City of Lewiston hereby publishes notice of intent to award a sole source procurement pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2808(2). The sole source procurement is for the purchase of a TOMCO2 carbon dioxide storage and carbonic acid feed equipment system and associated services for the City's potable water system. TOMCO2 Systems has been determined to be the only reasonably available vendor because no functionally equivalent alternative exists for the City's application. The anticipated expenditure is approximately $900,000 in Fiscal Year 2026.
