205484 NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 18th, at 6:00 p.m. in the Nez Perce County Courthouse Confluence Conference Room, 1st Floor, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following: TA2026-4 Temporary Siting of Recreational Vehicles (RV's) - An amendment to Title 110 of the Nez Perce County Land Development Code to repeal the existing language of Section 110.16.140. - Temporary siting of recreational vehicles, and adopt new language that will allow the use of an RV as a temporary residence, subject to meeting the requirements of the ordinance, and provide for an RV siting permit. The manufactured home or recreational vehicle for hardship conditional use in the A, AR, RR, R-1, F and LCI zoning districts will also be amended to provide notice that properties may be eligible for an RV siting permit. TA2026-6 Manufactured Home Definitions - An amendment to the Nez Perce County Land Development Code, Section 101.01.030.- Definitions to amend the manufactured home definitions for the Lewiston Area of Impact and County, and add a definition for Manufactured home, multidwelling; to reflect recent state code changes.
