IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
LEGAL NOTICE
OF CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR THE
CITY OF LEWISTON WASTEWATER PROJECT
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has determined that the proposed wastewater improvement project for the City of Lewiston, Nez Perce County, Idaho, conforms to the State Environmental Review Process (SERP), "Rules for Administration of Wastewater and Drinking Water Loan Funds" (IDAPA 58.01.12) and "Rules for Administration of Planning Grants for Drinking Water and Wastewater Facilities" (IDAPA 58.01.22) by which the project is eligible for a categorical exclusion. Accordingly, the project is exempted from further substantive environmental review requirements.
Project Description:
Construction of 3,300 linear feet of new sewer pipe identified during preliminary design.
