205364 Public Notice of Application: The Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport, 3625 Airport Dr. NE, Building 230, Box 1, Pullman, WA 99163 is seeking coverage under a Washington State Waste Discharge Permit for wastewater discharge to ground. The facility, Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport, is located at 3625 Airport Dr. NE in Pullman in Whitman County. The Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport (PUW) provides private and commercial airplane services for both passenger and air cargo carriers. The State Waste Discharge Permit application applies to oxygen demanding waste/stormwater collected from the dedicated deicing pad at PUW. Stormwater and spent aircraft deicing fluid runoff (stormwater-containing glycol) will be stored onsite in a dedicated, 260,200-gallon underground storage tank before it is land applied onto PUW-owned land. The land application area is 10.1 acres located 0.5 miles southwest of the new terminal off the west end of Runway 5/23.
