205312 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 2026 Hay and Farm Ground Lease The Lewiston-Nez Perce County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting sealed bids for the lease of approximately 52 acres of agricultural property located at the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Airport (LWS), Lewiston, Idaho. The lease term shall be five (5) years, commencing October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2031. The property shall be used only for the production of hay and other FAA-compatible, non-wildlife-attracting agricultural crops, subject to the terms and conditions of the lease. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), Friday, July 31, 2026, at: Lewiston-Nez Perce County Airport Administration Office 3632 Stearman Street Lewiston, Idaho 83501 Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "2026 Hay and Farm Ground Lease Bid" Bidders shall submit a bid stating either the annual rental rate per acre or a total annual rental amount. There is no minimum acceptable bid. The successful bidder shall: Maintain commercial general liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, and name the Airport Authority as an additional insured throughout the term of the lease. Obtain and maintain any airport access credentials or security clearances required for access to the leased premises.
