205222 PUBLIC COMMENT REQUESTED LEWIS-CLARK VALLEY METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AMENDMENT REQUESTS The public comment period is now open to anyone who wishes to comment on the following amendment to the 2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) of the Lewis Clark Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (LCVMPO). The Policy Board of LCVMPO will receive public comment at a Special Meeting scheduled on July 16, 2026. The Policy Board meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. in person at 215 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho, and via Zoom. Those wishing to attend virtually to give comment should email director@lewisclarkmpo.org for the link. Written comments will also be accepted through July 15, 2026, by e-mail at director@lewisclarkmpo.org. The Policy Board will accept comments and make a determination on the following requests: LCVMPO TIP AMENDMENT 26-11 Addition of $162,000 in local funds for construction phase: Agency: Asotin County Project Title: Heights Elementary, Lincoln Middle School, Phase III Project Description: Install sidewalks and ADA ramps around Heights Elementary and Lincoln Middle School.
