205156 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Through Fall of 2026 to Spring of 2027, Whitman Conservation District proposes a riparian restoration project along 700 stream-feet of Alkali Flat Creek in the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 15N., Range 41E., W.M., Whitman County, WA. Copies of the SEPA DNS are available at no charge from the Planning Division located on the second floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N. Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111.
