205033 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Jake Gailey of Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, which involves: Partial remodel of existing 13,937 square foot commercial pool facility with 2-story 13,049 square foot addition to the building. Scope to include demolition of existing walls, partial new ceiling, new finishes, new systems furniture, HVAC replacement, new vertical circulation, new lighting, partial new power and data distribution.
