204981 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Through 2026-2029, Palouse Conservation District in partnership with Washington State University proposes structural maintenance and beaver dam analogue monitoring along Union Flat Creek in the SE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 15N., Range 43E., W.M., Whitman County, WA. Copies of the SEPA DNS are available at no charge from the Planning Division located on the second floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N. Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111.
