The hearing will be held in Council Chambers at Pullman City Hall, located at 190 SE Crestview Street, Building A.
Case No. REZ26-0001 involves a request, submitted by Wei-Jyh Wu, for a zone designation change from R4 High-Density Multi-Family Residential to C1 Neighborhood Commercial for a parcel of land approximately 15,980 square feet in size located northeast of the intersection of NE California Street and NE Monroe Street on College Hill. This proposal also includes a request to amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Plan Map from High Density Residential to Commercial.

C1 Neighborhood Commercial district: provides for small retail and personal service businesses that primarily serve the day to day needs of the immediate neighborhood and is characterized by small buildings, low vehicular traffic generation, considerable walk in trade, and quiet operations.
All interested persons or their authorized agents are encouraged to appear at the public hearing to testify for or against this zone change application. Interested parties may also submit written comments to Ariel Medeiros at ariel.medeiros@pullman-wa.gov or at City Hall prior to the public hearing. Please be advised that oral comments at the hearing may be subject to a time limit.
