204871 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by City of Pullman Parks & Facilities Director Kurt Dahmen, which involves: New community veteran's park and memorial plaza, to include 20 parking spaces, entry/drop-off/waiting area, informational kiosk, ADA restroom, donor plaza, memorial walk and landscaping, memorial plaza/gathering area with military and country flags, and primitive walking trail with seating and interpretive signage. The proposal is located at 435 SE Fairmount Drive, Lot 3, S&W Short Plan 3, within the southwest 1/4 Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 45 East W.M.
