204749 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: FEE INCREASE The Independent School District of Nez Perce County has proposed to increase its Food Services Program fees effective with the 2026-2027 school year by an amount which exceeds one hundred five percent (105%) of the fee charged last year. This fee increase is a requirement of Section 205 of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-296) effective July 1, 2011.
