204786 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS IN UNINCORPORATED ASOTIN COUNTY. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. by the Asotin County Board of Commissioners, in the County Commissioners Chambers at the Courthouse Annex, in Asotin, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public testimony regarding the Administration and Enforcement of the revised Asotin County Fireworks Ordinance. This ordinance applies to the areas within the unincorporated area of Asotin County, Washington. A copy of the proposed Ordinance can be obtained through the Asotin County Board of Commissioners Office upon request. Any and all interested persons may present testimony or inquiry concerning the proposed ordinance in person and/or writing at the above described hearing.
