Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11th at 2:00 p.m. in the Nez Perce County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Commissioners Conference Room. 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following:
FL2026-1 Smith Agricultural Building Variance - A request for a variance to the floodplain development standards to allow the wet floodproofing of an agricultural structure located in the special flood hazard area. Parcel adjacent to 1714 Lindsay Creek Road, tax parcel RP35N05W048500. Caleb Satter, Applicant.
