204746 CITY OF LEWISTON SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 4966 ORDINANCE NO. 4966: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LEWISTON ADDING A NEW SECTION 10-13 TO LEWISTON CITY CODE TITLED "STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS"; APPLYING THIS NEW SECTION OF CITY CODE TO ALL FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS; ADDRESSING CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE Section 1 creates a new 10-13 of Lewiston City Code, titled "Standard Specifications for Public Works." Section 2 applies Lewiston City Code 10-13 to all construction initiated after enactment. Section 3 provides for the priority of Lewiston City Code 10-13 over other adopted standards and other City regulations when conflicts arise. Section 4 provides for severability.
