204449 ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS The Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select one qualified consulting firm (i.e., Consultant) to provide comprehensive consulting, engineering, surveying, and construction oversight services to IDFG. This contract will be for services to advance a 15% conceptual design to 100% construction ready designs for a 2.1 mile aquatic habitat restoration project on the Pahsimeroi River near May, Idaho that will benefit anadromous Chinook Salmon and steelhead. Additional work tasks include hydrology, bathymetry, hydraulic modeling, permitting support, contract management through Idaho Public Works standards, and construction oversight. Proposal packets can be obtained electronically from the Fisheries Bureau of IDFG (contact Matt Belnap via email at matt.belnap@idfg.idaho.gov). Electronic proposal submittals are due via email submission to matt.belnap@idfg.idaho.gov or electronically via USB drive no later than Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. All acceptable proposals on a basis consistent with RFQ requirements will be considered. IDFG reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the Department.
