204374 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City Code Changes Related to Short-Term Rentals NOTICE is hereby given that the Pullman Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to consider proposed code changes related to short-term rentals. The hearing will be held in Council Chambers at Pullman City Hall, located at 190 SE Crestview Street, Building A. The proposal, submitted by Planning Staff, involves amendments to Pullman City Code Chapter 17.109: SHORT-TERM RENTALS. Changes include updating language for clarity and creating an exemption. All interested persons or their authorized agents are encouraged to appear at the public hearing to testify for or against the proposed code changes. Interested parties may also submit written comments regarding this matter to the Planning Division at City Hall prior to the public hearing or by emailing Ariel Medeiros, ariel.medeiros@pullman-wa.gov. Please be advised that oral comments at the hearing may be subject to a time limit. At the public hearing, the Planning Commission will accept testimony on the proposed changes and then recommend to the City Council that the proposed code changes be approved, modified, or denied.
