Authorize the Chair's signature for the Off-Highway Vehicle Program Agreement with the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation for vehicle safety education and enforcement activities and to assist in financing of County Recreational Off-highway Vehicle will pay in total $10,244.36, effective January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.
