204366 NOTICE INVITING BIDS The Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District, located at 1520 Powers Avenue, Lewiston, ID 83501 will receive bids for gasoline and diesel fuels until April 27th, 2026, at 11:00 am at which time they will be opened and read to the public. The bid consists of one schedule, which includes gasoline and diesel fuel products to be supplied for District use. The successful bidder shall be determined based on the lowest aggregate price bid for both fuels, based upon estimated purchase volumes of 13000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 6000 gallons of dyed number 2 diesel fuel. The term of the supply contract shall be for the District's fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, ending June 30, 2027. Bid forms, contract documents and instructions to bidders are available at the District office, located at 1520 Powers Avenue, Lewiston, ID 83501, (208) 746-8235. All bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the District, delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to Lori Schaefer, Secretary, Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District, 1520 Powers Avenue, Lewiston, ID 83501 with "FUEL BID" marked on the envelope. The Board of Directors of the Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive all errors and informality in the bidding.
