204322 NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (M-DNS) AND NOTICE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT HEARING On Thursday, April 2, 2026, Whitman County Planning Division issued a Mitigated-Determination of Nonsignificance (M-DNS) pursuant to the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following proposal: The Pullman-Moscow Airport proposes utilizing a 64-acre parcel of farmland that's located between SR 270 and the airport for an inert landfill site. The original conditional use permit (CU 13-04) expired. The site is in the SW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 15N., Range 45E., W.M., Whitman County, WA. Copies of the SEPA M-DNS are available at no charge from the Planning Division located on the second floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N. Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111. The Whitman County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the conditional use permit on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the auditorium, first floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N.
