204321 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOLID WASTE TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES The City of Moscow, Idaho, is accepting sealed proposals at the City Clerk's office, third floor of City Hall, 206 East Third Street, P.O. Box 9203, Moscow, Idaho, 83843, until 5:00 p.m., prevailing local time, May 1, 2026, for the following services. The City of Moscow is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide transportation and disposal services for non-hazardous municipal solid waste (MSW) and tires. Waste will be transported from the City's Solid Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Transfer Station, located at 3299 Highway 8 East, Moscow, Idaho, to a permitted RCRA Subtitle D landfill. The initial contract will begin on November 5, 2026, and run through September 30, 2031. At the City's sole discretion, the contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional five-year terms, potentially extending service through September 30, 2041.
