The Base Bid work involves replacing approximately 10,758' of sanitary sewer main in Basin 3A which includes work in Downtown Lewiston (5th to 13th St) by means of open trench or pipe bursting. Add Alternative 1 work involves replacing approximately 5,212' of sanitary sewer main in Basin 3B in and around Downtown Lewiston (13th to 21st St) by means of open trench and by pipe bursting. This work also includes the work associated with sewer main replacement such as reconnecting sewer services, surface restorations, manhole replacements, by-pass pumping, traffic control, etc. This project is funded by the City of Lewiston.
