The project is located on the north side of Reservoir Road between 5th Avenue and 19th Street in the Clarkston Heights, within Sections 31 & 32, T11N, R46E, W.M., Asotin County, WA Any persons wishing to review the checklist filed and/or make comments concerning the environmental significance of the proposal should contact the office of the Asotin County Public Works, P.O. Box 160, Asotin, WA 99402, no later than 5 P.M., April 7, 2026. The lead agency has filed a Declaration of Non-Significance. A NEPA has been filed.
