Approved letters of support addressed to the House of Representatives for Congressionally Directed Spending.
Approved and authorized the chair's signature on the Master Subscription Agreement with Genasys Inc for emergency alert software to send alerts out in the event of an emergency. The annual recurring subscription fee is $7,556.98 and the one-time fee for purchase is $6,490.00. The 5-Year Term Net Total will be $44,274.90.
Approved and authorized the chair's signature on Memorandum of Understanding between Latah County and the City of Moscow for cost sharing of software for emergency alerts on the Master Subscription Agreement. The city will pay the county 50% of the annual cost, not to exceed $8,000 per year.
Approved an Amendment to the Agreement with 5/4 Architecture, amending the number of resources the survey will focus on and the initial payment to be $1,500.
Approved Settlement Agreement and authorize the Chair's signature on Settlement Agreement and on Withdrawal of Protest form for Water Right No. 86-12192.
Approved Inland Northwaste lease and service of portable restrooms and washing stations for Latah County Fair 2026, costing $5,125.00.
Appointed Dave Savage to the Latah County Parks Board.
Approved an Indemnity Bond for Redwood Genesee PTO ($50.00).
