Project Scope: This project includes the removal and replacement of the concrete utility tunnel lid structure at one location on the Pullman campus. Project must be substantially complete by August 14, 2026 with on-site construction activities starting no sooner than May 11, 2026. Proposals MUST BE based on these Contract Time constraints.
