Call for Bids from the Princeton-Hampton Sewer District for sealed bids to be received at Merrick & Company, 504 Main Street, Suite 310, Lewiston, ID 83501 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, for the Project identified as the "2025 Wastewater Improvement Project." The Project includes upgrades to existing lift stations, construction of a new disinfection system, and incidentals for a complete and usable facility.
The Project is funded by the US Department of Agriculture and Idaho Commerce Department. The construction contractor must comply with equal employment opportunity, American Iron and Steel, and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
Date and time of bid opening: Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Tallied results will be provided to all bidders. Bids will not be accepted by email or fax. A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place at Palouse River Community Center located at 3487 Hwy 6 Princeton, ID 83857 on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time, with an optional site visit to follow. A remote attendance option (via MS Teams or Zoom) will also be made available. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, shall be submitted with the sealed bid. All bids submitted shall be in compliance with applicable public works construction laws for the State of Idaho, including but not limited to Idaho Code 67-2310 and Idaho Code 54-1902. The Princeton-Hampton Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any informalities contained in any bid.
