CALL FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Pullman at the Public Works Department, Attention: Cynthia Goodwater, 190 SE Crestview Street, Building A, Pullman, WA 99163, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, February 26, 2026, for the following:
Project: Bishop Blvd Resurfacing Grand to Fairmount
Contract No.: 26-03
Engineer's Estimate: $666,299
This project consists of approximately 10,800 square yards of pavement grinding; unsuitable foundation road excavation and haul, HMA patching, and crackfilling (where required); surface preparation; and overlay with 2 inches of HMA (approximately 1,250 tons). Sidewalk/curb ramp construction (approximately 383 square yards of concrete for 14 ramps), 546 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter construction, utility cover adjustments, roadway striping, and other miscellaneous related road work is also included.
Bidders may obtain plans and specifications from the City of Pullman plan room, www.cityofpullmanplanroom.com. Bidders must create a free user account to view and download digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders expense, by choosing the "Order" option at www.cityofpullmanplanroom.com. Bidders are encouraged to register as a plan holder at the city's plan room. A certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the proposal.
The local agency hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, political affiliation, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, or any other protected status in consideration for an award.
