203773 NOTICE OF HEARING WATER and SEWER FEES Notice is hereby given by the City of Culdesac, Idaho, that the City Council will hold a public hearing regarding adoption of water and sewer fees on February 9, 2026 at 6:15 o'clock, PM, at the Culdesac City Hall, 100 6th St, Culdesac, ID 83524. Some fees represent an increase from prior fees in an amount exceeding 5%. Water rates: Residential: Single Family: $65.00 per month and $1.00 per thousand gallons for use exceeding 10,000 gallons per month. Multi-family and RV Park: $35 per unit or space and $1.00 per thousand gallons for use exceeding 10,000 gallons per month. Other: $65.00 per month and $1.00 per thousand gallons for use exceeding 10,000 gallons per month. Sewer Rates: Residential: Single Family: $50.00 per month. Multi-Family and RV Parks: $25 per unit or space and $1.00 per thousand gallons of water use exceeding 10,000 gallons per month. Other: $50 per month and $1.00 per thousand gallons of water use exceeding 10,000 gallons per month. Hookups with water off: $31 per month. Rates adopted may not exceed those advertised above, but may be lowered.
