This public hearing will be to consider the following proposal: ZA-04-25, WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES: The Commission will consider amendments to Lewiston City Code Chapter 37, Zoning Code, Article XVII, primarily regarding application procedures and review timelines, in accordance with House Bill No. 180 that amended Chapter 65, Title 67, of Idaho Code regarding telecommunication facilities and broadband infrastructure.
