203558 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Nez Perce County Courthouse, 1st Floor Confluence Conference Room, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following: A request from Cascade Plastics Corp. for an Agreement with Nez Perce County to construct a facility to produce loaded cartridge ammunition packaging and support materials for a long-standing Lewiston Ammunition and outdoor recreation manufacturer pursuant to Idaho Code 63-602NN.
