203510 Notice Whitman County Board of Commissioners Meetings The Whitman County Board of County Commissioners meets for workshops every Monday at 9:00 a.m. Regular business meetings are held on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Mondays of each month beginning at 10:15 a.m., unless otherwise posted. If Monday is a holiday, workshops and business meetings are held on Tuesday. Workshops and regular business meetings are open to the public. Meeting agendas are available on the Whitman County website at www.whitmancounty.gov at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, RCW 42.30.077. Unless otherwise posted, Whitman County Commissioner meetings are held in the Commissioners Chambers, Whitman County Courthouse, 400 N. Main Street, Colfax, Washington. Meetings are open to the public and may be attended in person or remotely via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/7336328211. On Monday, December 29, 2025, as a regular meeting agenda item, the Whitman County Board of County Commissioners will discuss and consider proposed changes and updates to Chapter 19.61 - Commercial Wind Energy Facilities. The subsequent agenda item will be for Board action to accept, reject, remand, or set a public hearing for the proposed changes.
