CITY OF BLACKFOOT, 157 N BROADWAY ST, BLACKFOOT, ID 83221-2204 has filed Application No. 90163 for changes to the following water rights within BINGHAM County(s): Right No(s). 27-11706, 27-12140, 27-12265, 27-12266, 27-12332, 27-12353, 27-12354, 27-12355, 27-4086, 27-4087, 27-4088, 27-4106, 27-4151, 27-4153, 27-4165, 27-7329, 27-7361, 27-7384, 27-7386; to see a full description of these rights and the proposed transfer, please see https://research.idwr.idaho.gov/apps/waterrights/querynewtransfers. newtransfers. The purpose of the transfer is to change a portion of the above rights as follows: add points of diversion. Proposed points of diversion are in SWSE Sec 1 and SWNW (new) Sec 12, T07N R40E; and SESE Sec 36 T08N R40E for 11.47 cfs from Ground Water. Any protest against the proposed change must be filed with the Department of Water Resources, Eastern Region, 900 N SKYLINE DR STE A, IDAHO FALLS ID 83402-1718 together with a protest fee of $25.00 for each application on or before 12/8/2025. The protestant must also send a copy of the protest to the applicant.
