203146 Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given pursuant to RCW 53.35 and RCW 53.20 that the Commission of the Port of Whitman County shall hold an online and telephonic public hearing on November 25, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. for the purpose of fixing and adopting the final budget of the Port District for the year 2026, as well as adopting the Port's comprehensive scheme of harbor improvements for the year 2026, and the Port's strategic plan for the years 2026 through 2030. Any person may participate and be heard concerning any portion of the preliminary budget, comprehensive scheme of harbor improvements, or strategic plan by accessing the meeting online or by telephone. After October 16, 2025, a preliminary budget for the year 2026 will be on file at the Port Office and posted on the Port's website.
