Commissioners Tony Johnson, Thomas C. Lamar, and Jason Stooks met in regular session on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, and the following actions were taken:
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b), & (d), convened in executive session at 9:02 AM on October 28, 2025, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 10:02 AM.
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a) & (b), convened in executive session at 10:08 AM on October 28, 2025, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 10:22 AM.
By Motion and Order, approved timesheets for 12 employees as reviewed by the Board.
By Motion and Order, approved the consent calendar items as published on the agenda:
Approval of the Commissioners' Proceedings for the week of October 21st.
Approval to hire: Douglas W. Miller, Deputy Treasurer II, Financial (10/27/2025); Nicole A Hunter, Emergency Communications Officer (10/01/2025), update FY26 Salary missed on spreadsheet.
Approved Contractor Agreement with Superior Floors for new carpeting in the Prosecutor's Office and Probation & Youth Services Office.
Approved County Annual Juvenile Justice Report for the Idaho Department of Corrections, reporting period for October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025.
Approved Retail Alcohol Beverage Catering Permit for Happy Day Corporation DBA Taco Time Moscow at 1021 Harold St, Moscow. Effective November 7, 2025, 6:00PM - 9:00PM.
Approved American 250 Resolution 2025-16 celebrating the role of agriculture in Latah County's economy, landscape, heritage, and education.
Approved Latah County Broadband Underground Drop Waiver.
Approved the 3rd Amendment to the ZeroDB Communications LLC Professional Services Agreement for the redesign and involved costs for Ziply Fiber Avista pole attachment work in Genesee, costs not to exceed $11,200.
Approved chair's signature for Indirect Cost Rate Certification for the South Moscow Mountain Fuels Mitigation Phase I Grant.
Approved authorizing a county contact for the Western States Fire Mitigation Grant Project.
Request to approve Latah County Parks and Recreation Volunteer Camp Host Agreement between Latah County and Ann White for services at Harvard Park from October 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025. As reimbursement for expenses, Latah County will pay the Camp Host $200 per month.
