202990 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Latah County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, Latah County Annex, Conference Room 101, 200 S. Almon, Moscow to receive comments on modifications to all Area of City Impact Ordinances and boundaries for all cities in Latah County, to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning map to reflect such, and to apply the Latah County Land Use Regulations and Comprehensive Plan to all properties currently within the Moscow Area of Impact and to change the zoning map and comprehensive plan land use map to reflect the new zoning and land use map designations in the Moscow AOI.
