This non-project action is an update to the existing Asotin County Solid and Moderate Risk Waste Management Plan. The updated plan applies to the unincorporated areas of Asotin County including the cities of Clarkston & Asotin, Asotin County, WA. Any persons wishing to review the checklist filed and/or make comments concerning the environmental significance of the proposal should contact the office of the Asotin County Public Works, P.O.
